My name is Philip Lemmons, And believe it or not I am not the only person with that name! I have several friends with more common names and they are definitely in the same boat. So, why hurry! The reason is simple, of you are reading this you have an interest. If you have an interest you have a reason. It seems that there a lot of places for you to register your Domain Name but there is only on World Wide Web. My personal choice is Go Daddy, but there are other sites to choose from. There is only one you and there is only one web.

DOMAIN NAMES
What is this? Do I need it? Where do I get one? How much does a domain name cost? Can I use my own name?

There is no reason to have a domain name unless you want a website.
Do you want a website? Then you will have to have a domain name for it. you won't pay all that much, either.
A domain name serves as the address for your website, and you can have whatever you want unless someone already owns it. Even then you might be able to buy it if it really is that important. The main thing is that it means something to you and it can be read easily. I would not be able to read supercalifragilisticexpialidosious.com very easily, so you might consider something short and sweet instead.
